How To Order Online
1) Search for products using our online product listing or search option. Use the advanced search feature to search within the descriptions of our online catalog. To help with finding the right product for you, each product has a detailed description, photos (some videos), list of performance type(s), proven recommendations, and requirements.
2) Once you have found a product, simply click the "Add to Cart" button to add the product to your shopping basket. Once the item(s) are in your basket, continue shopping or proceed to the easy checkout steps.
3) Follow the checkout procedures step by step. You will be prompted to login, create an account or pay without an account. The pay without account feature is provided as a convenience, however we recommend registering, to view the status of your order at anytime and to be eligible for various promotions offered. The checkout procedure is secure and will ask for your shipping address, billing address, payment information, shipping method and other important information needed to complete your order. You will have the option to review all of this information (and make any changes) on the final review page. Your order is not completed until you click the "Confirm Order" button and a successful transaction message is displayed. A copy of your invoice/receipt can be printed on this page and a copy will also be emailed to you.
Acceptable Payment Types
Fliton Store and the industry leading Authorize.net Payment Services provides customers with safe and convenient payment processing. We currently accept the following major credit card types: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Paypal payments are also available at the customers convenience. Payment options for your order will be made available to you at checkout. For your security, credit card information is not stored in our customer database and you will be prompted to enter the card number every order at checkout.
Credit Card Transactions
All credit card transactions will post to your credit card bill under the name Fliton USA. A copy of the credit card transaction will be emailed to you automatically after the card and payment authorization.
Inventory and Backorders
If an item is out of stock online, simply call or email us to place your order through our warehouse. If an item is not available in both, we will inform you of the expected arrival date. Backordering is also available, in which the products will be shipped upon immediate availability.
My Account Page
Customers who register with the Fliton Store will have access to the My Account page. The My Account page is a convenient feature that allows you to view previous orders, change account information (email, passwords, etc.), reprint invoices, track order status, send E-Gift Certificates, check Cash Back (Reward) balances and much more. This feature is free of charge and all you have to do is simply signup for an account.
Order History
A great benefit of registering for an account online is the ability to record and track orders using our Order History feature. This information is available in your "My Account" page, along the left hand navigation.
Cash Back Offer
Just for shopping at the Fliton Store, you will be rewarded a 2% cash back bonus (store credit) in your account, good for use on a future Fliton Store purchase. Cash back bonus not redeemable or refundable for cash. Cash back percentage based on total dollar amount of good(s) purchased, does not include tax or shipping. Void where prohibited. Sales Tax
Fliton USA is required by law to charge California sales tax to all orders shipped within the state of California. Sales tax is calculated at a rate of 7.75% (Orange County) of the cost of the good(s).
Forgot Password?
Cant remember your password? No problem. Simply click on "Login/out" along the very top of our website. Then navigate towards the middle of the page and locate the link that says "Password Forgotten? Click Here." You will then be prompted for your login (email address) then click continue. Check your email momentarily for a reset password. To change your password to something more familiar anytime, simply login using your temporary password and click on My Account.
Wishlist
Telling your friends, family members or peers what you REALLY want for a gift has never been so simple and comfortable. Our convenient wishlist feature will send out an email to any email address you list, with a link to the item you want. No more uncomfortable conversations or getting presents you dont want. This gift registry service is free of charge. Simply look for the icon/button in the product description page, click it and follow the instructions.

Found a product or deal that you want to show all of your buddies? We have made it easier than ever using our Tell A Friend feature. Look for the icon/button in the product description page, click it and follow the instructions. It takes only seconds to do and your friends will thank you later.

Coupon Codes
On occasion, the Fliton Store will provide special coupons or one time use discount codes that can be redeemed at checkout. Coupon codes may not be redeemed for cash, do not have a cash value, may not be valid towards the purchase of certain products (i.e. E-Gift Certificates; see item descriptions), are non-transferrable and may be rejected by Fliton USA at any time without notice.
